Cancelation Policy

Both Parties agree that this contract may be canceled at any time by either Party. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for an event cancellation. However, we want to make our cancellation policy clear to all clients to ensure a transparent and fair process.

 Cancellation Notice from Client

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event. However, we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel your event, please provide us with at least ten days’ written notice. If you cancel with less than ten days’ notice, we will not be able to reschedule your event, and you will forfeit your deposit. 

Termination Policy

Services and the contract with Mann Made Designs and Events will terminate automatically upon completion of the services outlined. 

Damage or Loss of Accessories

Client agrees to excercise all due care for and preserving the property of Mann Made. Client shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost.
